Powers and Abilities: Creates obscenities ranging from four letter words to complex on-going phrases composed of multiple different levels of intensity.
History: Mr. Obscene holds the record for most obscenities used in a single sentence. He is easily angered. For the most part he remains apathetic towards his fellow man, but occasionally he allows a nugget of concern to plop out.
